Kodomon Karate-do, conducts children's and adults' classes in traditional Shuri-te Karate-Do, self defence, and non-contact competitive Sports Karate in the Government accredited Australian Karate Federation tournaments.

Kodomon Karate-Do combines the best of the Traditional Curriculum of Okinawan/Japanese Karate with modern self defence theory and practice.

The Chief Instructor of the Bayside Dojo, Mr Glenn Irvine, holds a 4th Dan Black Belt, recognised Internationally by the World Karate Federation (WKF), through the Australian Karate Federation (AKF) sporting bodies, and from the Traditional organisation of Sensei Sadaharu Fujimoto (8th Dan), International Karate-Do Shobukai (IKS).
